Ms. Bear’s practice involves a multitude of disciplines including criminal defense, DUI defense, domestic relations, custody, paternity, divorce, child support, probate and estate planning, business planning, and personal injury.

Educational and Professional Background

Ms. Bear was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Plattsmouth where she continues to make her home.  Admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association, US District Court and United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Bear graduated from Creighton University with a B.S.B.A. in finance in 1987 and from Creighton University School of Law in 1990 (cum laude).
