Mr. Kipp practices in the areas of criminal defense, DUI defense, juvenile law, family law, general civil litigation, and estate planning. He brings nearly a decade of legal experience and a steadfast commitment to advocating for his clients with integrity, skill, and compassion.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Mr. Kipp earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2012. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2016. After law school, he began his legal career in Texas, focusing on criminal defense with an emphasis on DUI cases, before returning to Nebraska to continue his practice.
